My journey started at the Aveda Institute in Minnesota and continued at the Chicago School of Massage Therapy. Cancellation Policy
Appointment reminders are sent out 72 hours before your appointment. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment.
All appointments that need to be cancelled or rescheduled must be done no later than 24 hours before the time of your scheduled appointment. Past this time frame, 100% of your appointment cost will be charged to the card on file or invoiced via email. This amount cannot be applied to future appointments or refunded under ANY circumstances. In the event that you no call/no show for your appointment, Beyond Skincare byLM reserves the right to decline any person(s) from booking future appointments until policy fees are paid.
